How it works
- Send your idea, measurements and reference images.
- Receive a design and price confirmation.
- Approve the details before production.
- Your jacket is handmade in approximately seven working days.
- Approve finished-product photographs before DHL or FedEx dispatch.
Important
Custom-made products cannot be returned for a change of mind or incorrect customer-supplied measurements. If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the approved specification, contact us with clear evidence within seven days of delivery.
