Production and delivery
Made-to-order products normally require approximately seven working days for production. Ready-to-ship items do not require production. DHL or FedEx transit is generally estimated at approximately five working days after dispatch, subject to customs and destination conditions.
Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Customs and import charges
International taxes, customs duties and courier clearance charges vary by destination. The amount and payment method shown at checkout or confirmed with your order will apply.
Returns
Contact us within seven days of delivery to request a return. Standard-size items must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition. Return shipping to Pakistan is normally paid by the customer.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned for change of mind, sizing errors based on customer-supplied measurements, or preference changes.
If an item is damaged, faulty or inconsistent with the approved order, contact us within seven days with clear photographs and your order number. Do not ship a return until authorization is provided.
